Take Control of Your Low Frequencies
ProSoCoustic Bass Traps are designed for broadband frequency control with an emphasis on eliminating pesky low-end buildup. With 4 inches of higher-density stone wool than our Standard Series panels our Bass Traps can put a focus on absorbing low-frequency standing waves. Durable lauan plywood backing and Class A Fire Rated MDF side rails ensure a long-lasting solution for almost any interior location.

Included in this Kit:
• (2) Corner Bass Traps – 48″x24″x4″
• (2) Sets of 2″ Z-Clips
• (4) Machine Screws – used to attach Z-Clips to the Panels
* Screws and accessories to attach Bass Traps to walls ceilings etc. are not included

Our included 2-inch Z-Clips provide a durable non-permanent installation that’s as easy as hanging a picture frame. Corner Bass Traps feature 45-degree angles on the backside to allow mounting perfectly in corners; flat-backed Wall Bass Traps are also available for hanging directly onto a flat wall or ceiling.

Featuring the same acoustically transparent fabric options as our WAVEPro and Standard Series ProSoCoustic Bass Traps perfectly complement our WAVERoom Kits in both appearance and room balance.

A Superior Absorption Choice
ProSoCoustic Bass Traps use ROCKWOOL ROCKBOARD® 60 stone wool a mixture of basalt and steel slag due to its superior absorption health safety and sustainability factors over fiberglass or foam.

Basalt is the most common type of volcanic rock and melts at around 3000 degrees Fahrenheit. Slag is a by-product of the steel manufacturing industry. Liquid-hot basalt is mixed with steel slag and the combination is spun into threads that are compressed into sheets.

Stone wool does not retain mold or bacteria and melts at 2200 degrees F after 2 hours of exposure. Since no binding agents or glues are used there is no flame no smoke and no off-gassing. Stone wool’s non-linear threads ensure top-of-the-industry acoustic absorption qualities.
